"They call the day of your arrival and act like your getting a first time visitor voucher on them! Then I go to meet up with the lady that called me and it's a time share thing that I had to go to in order to get my $75 back. That was Thursday and it's Tues. Still haven't gotten the $75 they held for the meeting or the $100 hold for the room. We had cobwebs around the room. The tub had jets but didn't work. Over all wasn't bad but not what I thought. The location was good. The patio was nice!"

"As a platinum owner, i have never had a room that black mold or something black on the caulking in upstairs bathroom, parking area is a joke. Water could not be shut off by maintenance. Kick board/molding was pieced together that looked like an amateur did the Job. Maintence worker bees were help."

"We stayed in a townhouse unit. The housekeeping was not good. Hairs, fingernail clippings in the tub and shower. Dirty baseboards, dirty doors and floors. The housekeeping did a halfway job at best. The sheets were clean at least. Bathrooms were terrible and grimy. Definitely affected the quality of our stay."

"I loved my stay here. The room was huge and clean. The pools were nice but it was quite a bit of chlorine in it. My eyes burned a little bit but I wasn't tripping...it happens & I went swimming with my kids several times. I will definitely stay here again. The people called us to see if we left something behind in the room. It wasn't ours but I appreciated them checking to see if we left something. It's close to all of the cool stuff in the town. I loved sitting on the balcony at night. 5 stars but I am not hard to please. Parking is good to."

"We liked our room and the location of the property. It was convenient for going lots of places. We liked the winery across the street, too, for an afternoon lunch. We didn’t go on the tour (and it did seem like they would say anything to get you to go, even if it’s not true - like it’s just information about the property), but staying here has been fine. The walls are pretty thin and we heard the neighbors music late the first night, but after that it was fine. We brought my in-laws and there was lots of space for everyone, which we appreciated."
