"Nice park. It gets busy with children from nearby schools. I don't enjoy being harassment from Cameron police. Some people need a quite place to sit for hours during the day. If there is a better place to sit for 4 to 6 hours a day. I'm interested."
"Great little park in the middle of Cameron. Nice playgrounds, tennis courts, shelter houses, and sand volleyball. I especially enjoy playing disc golf throughout the park. And, it's right next to the pool!"
"We were passing through on a cross-country trip. We sat and grilled in the shade with our hammock. The natives are extremely friendly and considerate. This is America's birthday. They had a 4th of July parade with what seemed like the whole town—trucks, trackers, ambulance, fire department, high school marching band, etc. We are glad we stopped. The dogs got to play as well."
"Great park with something for everybody. -Multiple sets of play equipment. -Multiple shelter houses. -Sand volleyball courts. -Tennis courts. -Wheelchair accessible play equipment. -Horse shoes. -Disc golf -Waterpark -Permanent bathrooms with running water If all that isn't enough there is a school playground close by with nice play equipment and a basketball court. My only complaint is that some of the play equipment is starting to show its age and could use some attention."
