"This hotel had the best ratings we found for Cameron, Missouri. I’ll be honest, it’s a typical Super 8. Nothing fancy, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The reason for my 5 star rating is the front desk staff. We stayed here 2 nights and Angie and Brent were nothing short of top-notch. Both so incredibly kind, accommodating, and welcoming. It didn’t matter if you walked in 1 time or 5 times in a night, you are always warmly greeted. We had family with us with physical limitations and they ensured we had a main level room, not having to worry about navigating the stairs. Overall a good experience."

"Picked a dot on the map and just stopped. And we chose the PERFECT place! The hotel staff especially Brent was phenomenal. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the customer service from everyone was out of this world! If we are ever passing through I would totally stay again. The pool is new, the breakfast was hot and HOT CHOCOLATE WAS 24/7!! Thank you for making us feel welcome and making us feel very at home during our stay!"

"We chose to stay at Super 8 as it is about a 1/2 point between Wisconsin to Oklahoma. We only needed 1 night to stay on the way and on the return. I saved money with the Wyndham Rewards for our family of 8: needing 2 rooms, 2 cribs and 2 double beds in each room. Brett was working the later shift and was beyond helpful when we arrived Sunday afternoon; accommodating and to top it off, a wonderful personality. Our travels were due to a unexpected death in our family. We were emotionally drained on the return. We arrived around 8pm on a Thursday. We were all settled in, one of the 1 yr old twin boys was fast asleep and the other just about when a bedbug came crawling across the bed towards him. Yikes! We informed the front desk and she reacted quickly providing another room. What stress to deal with after that! We inspected both rooms immediately and lack of sleep due to worrying, it was not a pleasant stay. I hated to bring it up, but I said, I wanted a refund for the night, assuming both rooms as I said I did not want to be the person to leave a review regarding bed bugs. We checked out, I was so tired.. and did not double check the check out papers, as he said no charge for the night. Low and behold, we were still charged for 1 room, not both. I am sorry to say, check the rooms prior to bringing in your belongings.. and think twice about staying.. We had to ask for garbage bags to place all of our belongings in and planned to treat/clean everything upon returning home, including our vehicles, costing well over the $107, we were not charged. 5 households were affected by this bedbug.. and we hope we destroyed any eggs if we picked up any!!!!
