"I do not recommend. Gave her everything she needed, went over it with her, she said she would do it.. Two weeks later she finally does it, and wrong. Multiple mistakes- Still charges me full price, which she also raised from last year and failed to mention until afterwards.. I will forever be doing my own taxes from now on. It is super stressful when you pay a professional to get it done so you don’t have to worry about it, and they fail to do it right so you have to spend hours going over every single little thing again. Might as well just do it yourself, save some time and money. I not only had to pay the full price, I also had to pay to have all the amended stuff mailed out.. which speaking of that, she told me I didn’t need to amend it because the IRS would fix it on their own.. Well that’s weird, why would I even need a tax professional if the IRS will just do it? Well they didn’t amend it on their own obviously, and she finally fixed it, but it was a pain trying to make it happen. I also wasted tons of gas and time because I’d show up at 9 am when it says she is open… I’d wait til 10:30 before she showed up, and once I was there til after 12. Multiple times I’d try to catch her and she’s not ever there, I’d also see other clients trying to open her door and then look down at their watches annoyed and then leave. Her business hours do not start at 9, it’s whenever she shows up. I stopped trying to call because it would go straight to voicemail or I’d leave a message but not hear anything."
