"I filed with Miss Tina and she was the most lovely and amazing lady that I talk to about doing my taxes. The only downside to the entire experience was Jackson Hewitt wanted to take about 160 something dollars out of my account when I was trying to file through them would recommend for the customer experience if you have enough to actually suffice doing Jackson Hewitt but otherwise, it’s a no for me."
"Tina Yager did our taxes with the w2s and she had to correct the mistakes the first person made. We greatly appreciate the work she did and she is very polite and that's the way your employees should be. They should also pay attention when doing work for their customers because the first lady at the sunshine fort location in Springfield mo messed ours up and we got jipped out of the first part of the refund advance because she clearly didn't know what she was doing. She didn't take the time to really look at the paperwork she just flew right through it. I've never had a problem with JH that is why we come to them every year. That lady made us rethink if we were gonna come back. So thank you Tina it was a great pleasure dealing with you!"
