"Dr Geno graciously agreed to see my sister (who wasn't a patient of his) on very short notice. She was in such bad shape she couldn't resist or complain too much. She had refused to go to any doctor for about 25 years. I wasn't sure he could do much with her. But he was kind, attentive, patient, and able to gain her trust quickly. He knew what kind of questions to ask to elicit a useful answer. He got her to allow his nurse to take blood samples for lab work and got her on a scale and convinced her to let him X ray her hip that has caused her extreme pain for about 15 years. I was amazed, as were her grown children that live in another state!! We have all been begging her to see a doctor for years. The X ray showed she had either broken or dislocated her hip years ago and had never gotten any treatment for it, continuing to walk on it for years. Now she can only shuffle a tiny bit, and needs a walker or wheel chair. She has extreme damage in that hip as a result and severe pain. The next morning the lab work showed dangerously low levels of potassium and magnesium and I was called and told to take her to the ER, which I did. She was in the hospital for several days and is now in a nursing/rehab facility, which is fantastic, getting help, and doing better. Thanks, Dr. Geno!"

"Finally decided to grow some and go get my back looked at (something happened to it while I was working.. I was literally paralyzed and screaming for minutes at a time while I laid in bed and healed for weeks and weeks). I recovered after laying in bed for a month or so. Aggravated it again a few years later but this time the pain also traveled down into my hip and made certain spots of my foot numb. He dismissed all of this and proceeded to explain that my muscles are just sore. He wanted to send me home with just some at home exercises. I walked out, crying. This guy is completely out of touch with people not helpful. Don’t dare try his ego. Honestly don’t think he will last long with this company. Just ridiculous."
