Then he told me that in my situation, it is probably just just not lubricated . It was. At home, I took my machine apart ,gave good lubrication, and thanks to repairman Will ,his explaining and his being so nice to old lady, machine works like a new. ( I have to say,I'm pretty handy,but without this place, i will stay without my sewing machine!) Best place! Best people! Good workers!
