"im sorry, im a vet and this guy richard is also a vet but that didnt matter. a purchase from ebay of a useless machine has left me $650 in the hole and a lot of rudeness and and inconsideration. be forwarned, if you cant handle backpeddlers and less than honoable business practices like asking me to remove an ebay action rendering me unable to get a refund and then saying i should be good cause i have parts...really. run...i rarely do reviews. i even have proof to support. but make your own choices. never again and %650 in regrets."

"We took our Aging computer here after it stopped working. The first time I took it to them I thought it was just the power supply that went bad. After they diagnosed my machine they found out it wasn’t the power supply. The motherboard had failed. They didn’t charge me because they didn’t fix anything that time but I was able to get some recommendations on what I could get to upgrade it. So I left and ordered all the parts so I could update my older machine and get it working again. Took all the parts over and they fixed my computer and it works great now. I had them install 5 items in the computer for cheaper than any other place I could find. They did great work and we’re very professional. I will be using them again for any computer issues I have. I strongly recommend anyone looking to have a computer looked at give them a call."

"My first visit to PC Solutions was to inquire about the cost of replacing the keyboard on my Lenova laptop. The person i talked with said the maximum cost would be $60. So I brought it in to be replaced at which time i was told it would be $100. I complained but i was assured the person that had quoted me $60 didn't have the authority to do that. I left the computer and when i went back to pick it up, the invoice showed $153.09. I of course I complained and was criticized for doing that. I finally was able to get the extra $50 credited back to my debit card. Obviously I won't be going back there for any reason. My feelings are... they were very dishonest and tried to "shake me down" for more money after i had been quoted a price. My advice... get a signed written estimate up front."
