"The tech was great and did a quick, efficient job. Our complaint it's the practice of saying that he would come between 9:00am and 5:00pm. It means we lose a full day waiting. The other complaint is that I tried calling the number for rescheduling and needed to talk with someone, no way to talk with anyone."

"Roy was very customer friendly andi felt confident he knew what he was doing. I will ask for him again when I have my other appliance worked on."

"The tech, Wayne, was great, very polite, and experienced in his profession. But our washer has still not been repaired. We are going in four months without a functioning washer. Every repair is pushed a month back. The experience with Sears has been horrible. They should honor the master protection plan and replace the washer. Having four young children dealing with having to take our clothes and towels elsewhere to be cleaned has been a hassle. And Sears's remedy is a $50 check to “reimburse” my family for its troubles. What a joke! I would rather do business with Lowes or any of Sears's competitors at this point."

"The tech was great and did a quick, efficient job. Our complaint is not with him but the practice of saying that he would come between 9:00am and 5:00pm. It means we had to plan to lose a full day waiting. It would be more customer friendly to say morning or afternoon. Then the customer would at least have a window to be able to take care of other things. We understand that some appointments may take longer, but a quick technician call would inform the customer. Before we have another appliance issue, we would request that you review and change you policy and give customers a shorter and more reasonable window."
