"When I read that they had charged $39 to diagnose a problem, that was described when the auto was brought to them, I had an idea of who that customer had been, and checked with them. Yes, that person had exactly ID'ed the issue, and when the repair was more that he could afford, he was charged a $39 diagnosis fee. The author of the earlier review may find this to be a "laughing matter" but I do not see any humor in it."

"I couldn't help but laugh when I read these negative posts. I didn't know Kevin when I first went to him, but he came highly referred by a friend. After having several needs, some warranty (that others wouldn't touch), some not under warranty, I just can't say enough good things about the fairness of pricing, quality of work, friendly atmosphere etc. I might mention that everything was done correctly the first time and my time is very valuable so not having to go back for 'do overs' is worth a lot by itself. Great job here for sure!"

"I took my car in and told them exactly what the issue was. They then called back to tell me how much the repair would be, to which I responded that I could not afford this much, and so would come in and pick the car up. When I picked the car up, I was charged a $39 fee for them to have estimated the cost of repair. I have never ever been charged for an estimate by anyone, in my 53 years of driving (yes, I am 69 years of age). Over the past few years, they have done roughly $2500 work on my autos, but there won't be any more."

"Sadly this business does not stand behind their work. We had a life time warranty alternator reinstalled and paid approx. $275 for labor to have the work done and when the alternator failed they would not honor the warranty on the alternator. All we heard was excuses. WARNING!!! If you ever have a life time warranty part installed by a shop get the receipt for the part itself!! NO EXCUSES BY THE SHOP to not give it to you! All we were told by the owner of this shop was "I do not know what to tell you" even when their reciept clearly shows the part was under warranty. Where have business ethics gone? Oh I guess into their bank account..."
