"Did not complete the job. My recently widowed and orphaned mother who is now disabled hired him and was taken advantage of. He didn’t return calls, and was extremely late to finally come out and do something. He was hired to install a dishwasher and ensure that it was running properly. He did almost half of the job and then expected me, her son, to finish the rest of it. He also was supposed to fix the problem with my refrigerator leaking water into the crisper drawers. That seemed to be fixed momentarily, but literally the next day they filled up with water again so the job was not completed properly. He was also supposed to take and dispose of the old dishwasher which I unhooked and left on the back porch for him but he did not to take it. He also left the trash from the new dishwasher on my back porch while I was working a 16 hour shift. There was an extreme rain and wind storm while I was working and the trash blew all over my yard. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. He took advantage of my mother, who unfortunately paid him already. My mother called back and he said that he would call her back with some sort of an explanation but he never did and it’s been over a week now. I have had to clean up trash out of my yard, clean up trash off my porch, clean up trash out of my kitchen, do all of the install and testing for the dishwasher except for sliding it in place and plugging it in, crawl under my house and turn on a valve that he could’ve easily reached from under the sink but claimed it was unreachable, install the kick plate on dishwasher, test it and ensure it is functioning properly, clean the water out of my fridge again even though that problem was supposedly taken care of, and now I have to find some way of disposing of the old dishwasher, even though my mother paid him already expecting these things to be completed. He didn’t even give my mother a receipt. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with or hired. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. If I could leave a zero star review, I absolutely would. So, basically he pushed the dishwasher into the hole, he drilled two small holes, he plugged in hoses and the power cord, and failed at fixing the fridge. Basically, why did we ever hire this guy??? I wish Mom would’ve just asked me to do all this but instead she hired a “professional” so I expected a job better well done than what I could’ve done and I am not a professional. This company is a joke. I want a refund and I know they will never honor that, hell, they won’t even return a call!"

"Rich came out the next day and took care of the issue with my french door refrigerator. He located a problem I didn't know I had and fixed it. He also fixed the problem I called about. He explained everything to me. He's very knowledgeable. Love this refrigerator style unless drawer freezes shut."
