Ken Ploch made decisions about filing my taxes without my consent and without letting me know behind my back. When me and my wife called to inquire about why he was doing this, not only did he get irrationally upset and yell at us but he told us that he doesn't care and to just come get our documents and hung up the phone on us. He did not try to listen or understand our concerns. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a business. I would think that a business that deals in people's money and taxes would be more trust worthy than Ploch Financial Services. I am incredibly shocked and disappointed by this business.
