"Hi I'd like to take this time to thank Kathy my physical therapist At ARC in Aletha. She's doing physical therapy with my hand and arm and doing therapy that I've never had before such as cupping and the H wave machine, as well as various exercises. I can have several hours with much less pain following the use of the H wave, which allows me time to do my at home exercises. I can not think of a more pleasant person to work with when you are in pain. Her kindness, her knowledge and her genuine caring for the client is extraordinary. Great job ARC in hiring this one!! "Ms Kathy is a wonderful worker, she's started working on my hands 2017 and all well and back to work. I came back again., cause i have another surgery again this year 2019 on my wrists and now she's working on me to get them better so i can get back to work. "What a awesome place! All of the therapists are knowledgable and friendly. Rachael at the front desk is super nice and helpful. She took care of all my appointments, and printed out my schedules. All my questions were answered and everyone was very flexible. I could ask any therapist questions and they were glad to help. Scott came up with a game plan and thoroughly went over it with me. Ivan, and Megan were 2 of my main therapists, I couldn't ask for better people. Mason was another fantastic addition in my recovery journey. I highly recommend ARC. On my last visit Megan printed out my exercises and made sure I had everything to keep strengthening my shoulder. She even gave me a shirt. I have had therapy before and felt like I was taking a test every time I went. The atmosphere at ARC is warm and friendly. I always received ice after therapy and a friendly goodbye. If you want a place where no question is dumb and you feel like they really care, go to ARC. located right off I35, it is in a great spot. Thank you all for taking this journey with me!! "I have been coming here since 2016 due to numerous surgeries I have had. I could not ask for a better place to receive my physical therapy. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and a lot of fun to be around. Throughout my recovery, my main therapist has been Scott. He has helped me stay motived throughout this entire rehabilitation, listens, and answers all of my questions. You can't ask for something better than that. Also the lovely smiling face that you see when you walk in, Rachael. She has been here since I first started coming to therapy. She is beyond helpful with my scheduling and the communication through the insurance company. I would highly recommend her being the face of ARC due to the amount of happiness she brings.
