"Jessica "mistakenly" closed my parent's repair ticket, after a part had been ordered for their washer. My mother has been waiting for repairs to be made to this washer for going on 4 weeks now. She called Lowe's who directed her to Jessica at National Repair Center. When my mother called National Repair Center, Jessica was conveniently gone, and the "manager" was there. This manager...who may or may not have actually been Jessica...was EXTRAORDINARILY rude , condescending, and unprofessional toward my senior mother. If Joplin was closer, I would personally visit this establishment to advise them how to properly talk to and interact with their customers. Mistakes are one thing...mistreating a person is something else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...I'd give zero stars if I could."
