"If only I had retired this practice when Samson's veterinarian did months ago. Instead, I naively believed his replacement would at minimum be just as competent and caring for my best friend and companion, Samson. The fact of it all is that in our personal experiences with the ladies handling calls, check-ins, drawing blood, and the veterinarian herself, either don't know how to communicate properly with each other,(let alone the pet parent), or how to access pet files. Or they truly have NO desire to do anything more than be present each day and cash an unearned paycheck in the end. This new vet took his yearly physical check-up with vaccines and was in and out of the room in truly less than 4, maybe 5 minutes completely over talking my concerns. Assuring me she didn't need to see Samson's physical files I had brought for her convenience because she had access to his now retired very competent doctor's files. That was 11/27/23 on a Monday. For the next 2 weeks, the true nature of how uncaring and lack of ability to do the job each one of these people claim to be qualified to do was repeatedly made clear. From labs having to be drawn again because it wasn't properly done the 1st time, to results not read correctly, to his prescriptions for heart worm prevention being denied saying tests that had been completed in his visit hadn't been done, then repeatedly denying the 2nd smaller dose he has always taken (due to his weight class) also repeatedly denied until finally a "light bulb" came on & someone decided to finally read his files that were always in their system and put 2 & 2 together. This has been the worst ordeal to experience. My dog is my everything, and he has always had the best friendly and loving care until now. I simply wish to inform other pet parents of what we went through so they can make an informed decision for their own pet family's health, safety, and well-being. As for Samson, I will never allow Branson Veterinarian Hospital, nor those currently employed by them to be trusted with his well-being. I love him more than that. But honestly, please be proactive with the family you trust in their hands and come to your own conclusion. Thank you, and have a blessed day."

"Thank you to all the staff! I can’t express my gratitude! My cat was having tooth pain and her usual vet couldn’t see her for a month, so I called Branson Vet Hospital. Not only did they set me up with the pre-exam appointment same day, they reserved an appointment for the exam within 2 weeks! They even squeezed her in for a last minute check up when she started having complications the day before. Not only was scheduling a breeze, but they regularly called to check in and gave me itemized quotes before every procedure. The final price for the dental procedure ended up being WAY lower than we’d expected or what I’d seen doing online research. During the previous appointments they handled her with so much care I was shocked to see her so comfortable with strangers. We’re now one day out of the tooth extraction and she seems to be feeling great! I’ll definitely be going to this vet hospital for any future concerns. Highly recommend!"
