Pampurred Cat

"The vet may be capable but has zero interpersonnal skills. After our appointment my cat was not getting better. I made a call to explain the problem. The vet was rude and didn't want to hear anything I was saying. He had prescribed an antibiotic and during the phone call told me the problem was the antibiotics. He told me to discontinue giving them. I was confused and concerned about stopping a necessary treatment. When I tried to get clarification he said he believed that the antibiotics were the issue. During our conversation regarding the antibiotics and the necessity of the treatment he only asserted to stop giving them and hung up on me. I immediately called another vet clinic, Cobblestone Veterinary, and explained the situation. They were very concerned and made an appointment. They said they would reach out to The Pampurred Cat and obtain the records and reports. The Pampurred Cat ignored Cobblestones request via email, as well as their phone calls. They eventually were able to connect with the receptionist who stated that they were unable to transfer the information. Cobblestone stated that they believed this was unprofessional. I then contacted Pampered Cat. Again they were very rude and told me if I wanted the records I would have to pick them up. Suffice it to say I did just that. By the way the Cobblestone Vets were very concerned and helpful. They also said our cat definitely needed to be on antibiotics and that not giving them would have been a mistake. Bottom line is that I do not recommend Pampurred Cat and fully endorse Cobblestone."

"Have been going here for at least 15 years. They are the best! If the phone is busy just call back! They have condos that face outside for when you are boarding. The cats love it. Info for Michelle, they have a landline phone, that was your mobile carrier using AI to tell you the phone was busy. That is not the vets fault."

"Dr Duncan has been caring for my 2 cats fish and Casey my cat has heart issues they take him right away when there are issues, he takes extra care not to stress him out I send pictures by email even so he can see his coloring. They even alerted me when my mother was there and was not acting quite right. He’s quite and gentle and I love his wife anything I need they are there I have had a ton of vets and he’s the best."

"I just took my cat here for the first time and I am SO happy. Dr. Duncan has been working with just cats for over 20 years, and it is very apparent he knows his stuff. We mentioned getting a kitten during our visit and he said to call whenever I did and he’d walk me through steps to introducing them. I felt like I had been going here for years after one visit. Great prices too. They aren’t trying to sell you anything fancy and even talked me out of buying something that I thought my cat needed. I highly recommend taking your kitties here!!"

"This is MaK, we saved him from the streets. He is so sweet but was very lethargic soon after we took him home. The Pampered Cat vet got us in on the same day we called. He fixed us up and MaK is starting to feel better now. Thank you for your kindness and love for the felines!"
