"Had them come out in August for A/C repair. Technician was nice but no clue what I was or would be charged. Then 4 months later I receive the bill. WOW due upon receipt right before Christmas and over $200. Also a $10 trip fee? WTH"
"They were great when I replaced my heating and AC. Worked great arrived and did everything as described. When I needed a service call I called two weeks in advance because of my work schedule and they wouldn't commit to a time other than "we'll call when were on our way" waited until 245 for a call but I had another appointment. Then when I called to complain they were very nonchalant and less than apologetic. Think the competition will get my business for now on. I called and their response is 8am tomorrow ok or is that too early?"
"This company is fantastic! My Dad is 96 and lives way out in the country. His A/C quit in the heat. I called them about 8AM and they were out and had it going again before noon! Caring, considerate, great folks to work with. Thanks Rick and Perry for great service at a great price! So thank ful for great people like them!"
