"I need to preface this review by noting that I had previously given this location a 5/5 stars, and I have been going here for nearly two years to get my oil changed. I will no longer be going to this location to have my oil changed or my tires repaired. In the past, the workers were always friendly, and if there was a wait, the wait was generally less than what I was told it would be. Further, the technicians were always kind as they explain anything about the oil change or tire service provided. However, on my last visit, I was not only treated disrespectfully, I was treated as if I was a problem when I came as a paying customer. If I’m coming in with the goal of paying you for service, and you are a company that is going to make money off of me, those who are working at a location certainly must realize that paying customers are the basis by which employees are paid. The workers at this location, both of them who were there the morning I came in last, treated me as if I was a problem rather than a paying customer. I was spoken down to, as if I was some type of an ignorant person. I was given hateful glares when I walked in the door. As I attempted to pay with my debit card, there was a hold up on the register, and again the attendant acted as if I were the problem. I will not be returning to this location again. I will likewise be calling the manager there to encourage him to have conversations with the poor customer service representatives, and the poor service technicians. ***Do not give this place your business. If they cannot treat consistent customers better than they treated me, I would encourage you to pay more to go somewhere else. I know I will be doing that exact thing."

"We were just sold a bill of goods about replacing a battery cable. I’m a 67 year old female and I know better than this… the guy said the new battery cable would need to attach to the fuse box. Come on now! The negative cable attaches to the body and the positive cable attaches to the alternator then attaches to the battery! Where in the world do they find these guys?!!?"
