"My dog had an initial vet visit and was quoted $45 for teeth cleaning and $80 to have a growth removed from Prim’s head. Thinking not bad. We walked in this morning to find out $145 for cleaning and $85 for removal. I said something about the $145 and should be $45. Still, ask me about lab work for another $65. I was given the option to have the growth sent off for an additional fee of another $90. I said call me later about that because this is already way too high. When they called they said they shipped it off. I go to get my dog at Village Pet Hospital to get the final bill of $480. I was like what?! Even with the second price, I figure $255. They finally had to go ask about taking the $90 off. Aka go to the back and say we have an unhappy customer. Next time I’ll go back to Missouri where both dogs have had surgeries for $150."

"I was so glad they got us in. I thought everyone especially nice to us and they made our dog feel comfortable. I worked for a Vet for years so I guess you could say I am particular. We found our new Vet! We liked our previous Vet, but they always "too busy" to fit us in the same week, but we can drop our pet off to be squeezed in for an extra $50 and the other Vet we tried, plays the guilt game because we were late getting our dog in for vaccinations, but I am obviously using crutches. So glad we decided to try Village Pet Hospital for the game free quality care we got for our sweet dog. Communicate was excellent as was the care. They earned our business. Now I know why they are always so busy!"

"Highly recommend! They got us in quickly for a same day appointment, were kind, helpful and explained everything. They treated our dog and got him back on his feet for a reasonable price and will be our go-to vet in Bella Vista. It's nice to know that caring small-town service and reasonable pricing still exists!"

"Dr. Zach is a holistic Veterinarian and has done wonders for my baby boy. He will be 17yrs old this April & he is getting around and playing like he is 6hrs old again. Dr. Zach had him completely off all RX meds and on some natural herbs. Our previous VET wrote him off as just old and nothing could be done, yet kept running tests after tests after tests charging us $600+ but he is just old. The rest of the staff at Village Pet hospital is great, super friendly I feel welcome there. Again our last vet seemed to dred seeing our boy and at one time I was told that no one liked him, they put in his chart that he is grumpy and is very vocal about it, they would not let him come in for an appt he had to be "dropped off" & they would gas him to get him to sleep while they ran tests on him. Knowing this I always had this horrible feeling that makes my mind wonder what they might do to him while he was there for tests. I do not have this feeling or fear at Village pet hospital."

"Being new to this area, it was important for us to find a vet hospital to which we could entrust the care of our beloved pets. After reading many reviews, we chose this one and are very glad we did. Our most recent visit was with Dr. Gregory. She took all the time we needed for her to talk over our pet's health and care. She was very friendly, putting us at ease, very knowledgeable about our pet's condition, and very thorough with our treatment options. The charge for our visit was very reasonable, and we weren't sure if they shouldn't have charged more. However, they confirmed their charges with us. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They all show they really do care about the animals."
