"The self wash itself was very useful and the equipment they have is great. The customer service not so great. I booked an hour to wash my 100+lb long haired dog and was told after 45 min that I needed to finish so they could clean before the next wash scheduled. I understood what the employee was saying but her attitude and communication style was terrible customer service. She was condescending and not understanding at all when I said the website made it seem like I had an hour and that I was confused why that was not clear. Even though it is an extremely convenient location I will think twice before going here again because customer service and communicating kindly is important to me."

"A gem for pet lovers! I just stumbled upon Highland Pet Company, and I couldn't wait to share how awesome this place is! They've got everything from fancy kibble to the coolest frozen treats and food. I have not seen another local pet store with the supply they have! What really won me over are the people. The staff there are like pet whisperers – they know their stuff and genuinely care. I bombarded them with questions, and they didn't even bat an eye. They hooked me up with the perfect stuff for my furball, Sylvia. I was probably in there for almost an hour picking their brain. Shoutout to the Highland Pet Company crew for being so kind and so wonderful. You've gained a customer for life!"

"Excellent place to take your pets. They had everything you need to bathe your dog. Really appreciate the bay you raise and lower to help save your back. The only reason 4 stars is because they didn't have 2 of the 4 shampoo options and we were really needing the de-shedding option. Everyone was nice and the store was very clean. Love the rewards program as well. Thank you for having this service"
