"ZERO STARS Ron blew up my pump motor & left me high & dry! Wasn't man enough to tell me he wasn't going to fix it. No apology at all. Here is what it cost me. 195.00 to blew up my motor 150.00 for an electrician to tell me Ron wired it wrong, 235.44 new motor 225.00 motor installation In addition, by the time everything was fixed, pool was full of alga! We were not able to swim the entire month of July. Of course we had record high temperatures. Thank you so much Ron for making this summer so swell."

"Would not recommend using this company. If you just need someone to take off the cover and get some leaves out for $365 then go for it. We were looking for someone to open our pool as we have never had an in ground pool before, and to allow us to be there to see how things operate, and they were not accommodating to that when I was told on the phone that was not a problem. (I made sure to ask if late afternoon would work due to our work schedule). Told us we would need an electrician to look at power supply to part of the unit when all it needed was a new fuse (would have assumed that would have been something a “pool guy” would have checked first). Left leaves and debris on the patio by the pool, left my hose running into a drain for about 6 hours, took us multiple times reaching out before getting a response (yet takes long phone call while cleaning our pool), left with an unclean pool which we’re still working on and when asking him for support he says to watch YouTube videos. We will be reaching out to a different, more competent, pool company to assist us with finishing the job."

"Ron and the team typically open our pool and close it. They do a great job getting the pool covered in a professional manner and respond to requests. They installed our Pentair heater in May and we were swimming 3 weeks earlier than others. System works great and they've got that winterized as well. They do great work."
