He's been very communicative, helpful in explaining particular steps, and patient as well as responsive to impromptu plan changes in the field. Through their good work and flexibility I'm saving a lot of expense as well as potential future trouble (we were able to eliminate a grinder sump pump setup for a house with 7 bathrooms through one easy deviation from design).
