"I came in saying I think I have an exhaust leak on my Chevy van but I’m not sure what noise I’m hearing. I was told there was an exhaust manifold leak. When I came to pick up the van I was told “hey I think you have a bad lifter” the exhaust manifold was the least of my worries and you knew that but said nothing and proceeded w the expensive manifold fix. I would have given you $100 to just say that instead of doing the $800 exhaust manifold. When I tried to drive home I got misfires all the way. when I called to say that you said to check the plug wires myself it had to be that. So after pulling the dog house out and looking around you left an air vent duct off and a vacuum hose disconnect causing a random cylinder misfire code. The exhaust manifold is on correctly but I’m still looking at needing to pull the heads to do a lifter repair, the actual problem. Oh and you didn’t remove the 4 bolts to take the dash apart before pulling the dog house so now my driver side dash is bent down."
