"I hate to share negative reviews but I received a massage yesterday and am now in so much pain and discomfort. The massage was the worst I have ever received. It was the most painful experience I have ever had. It felt like she was ripping my toes off. My back hurts so bad today and not I'm a sore type of way but in a what did she do type of way. The massage therapist also left the room on 4 yes FOUR separate occasions. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Very VERY painful not at all therapeutic and if you have any type of back issues they will definitely make it worse."

"This was an extremely disappointing experience. I decided to try out Healing Oriental Massage for the first time. Big mistake. I walked out just as tense and tight as I went in. First, they require you to pay up front. Seemed odd but no big deal, I paid. My massage wasn’t even an hour because my massage therapist left the room twice to help other customers that came in and took 3 phone calls during my massage. Actually carried on conversations on the phone during my massage. One call appeared to be an argument so that was less than relaxing to listen to. Then I got the impression my therapist was checked out of my massage because she just rubbed the sheet over my legs which just felt like someone was roughly rubbing me with a sheet. Once my massage was over and before I could even get to the front counter, the therapist reached under the counter and pulled out a framed sign that says, “Mandatory 20% gratuity on all services”. Not sure why this sign was hidden under the counter but my therapist demanded a tip. I always tip and I tip very well. However, I was so irritated that this therapist for one cornered me and then felt she was entitled to a tip after the service that was provided. If you are going to require payment before a service then you better guarantee that the service is satisfactory. I will never go back to Healing Oriental Massage again."
