"Be extremely cautious! Our insurance exclusive uses CVS for prescriptions. We got flu shots for years at CVS for free. This year we tried to schedule through CVS, but their computer system was having issues. Therefore, we choose to go to Minute Clinic. BIG MISTAKE!! Not only did we get charged for the shot, but it an outrageous office visit - not covered by insurance. We were only there for 5 minutes!! Be very cautious before you use!!"

"WORST customer service!! Showed up for a scheduled appointment made online, for my Autistic 18 yr old son, who doesn't have an ID. He is very ill and we were rudely turned away due to him not having a photo ID!!! We had his insurance card, but still refused service."

"Appt was 250, didn’t get seen until 310. I guess they don’t accept insurance because I had to pay $172. I don’t even get charged anywhere close to that at my doctor for a visit. Save your money and time, see your primary care doc. I would take an ER bill before giving minute clinics anymore of my business."

"Sat around for 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time just to be told they don't take my medicaid when they have signs posted everywhere saying they take most. Maybe you should save people's time by clarifying what the hell most is. Absolutely pathetic"

"My daughter had ear pain with a history of ear infections. All they wanted to do was test for COVID and refused any treatment until we agreed to a COVID test. The NP even told my husband she would just treat symptoms even if she tested positive for COVID meaning no antivirals, so what’s the point then?? They left because we didn’t want to pay for a COVID test since the exam fees were all being paid out of pocket. She isn’t practicing medicine she is just checking boxes and collecting extra money for tests that they don’t even use to treat. Btw she had pus in her ear and ended up being treated with antibiotics and recovered no thanks to the NP"
