"Ridiculous. We were new patients this year because we moved and I’d rather drive the 25 minutes to go back to our old vet than deal with this place 4 minutes from my house. Told me to bring in my dogs only for shots - had 4 different people confirm my appt and act confused who my dogs were even though I had talked to so many people already. They said they didn’t need an annual exam which I thought was weird. So I called 2 months later to get their meds from pet meds, and again was treated like they didn’t know why I was calling, told me that they had to have an annual exam to get their heart worm meds. Which is exactly what I told them!! Going back to Red Bridge animal clinic, we don’t have time for this."

"Overall, good experience. Most of the staff are very friendly. This visit was a regular six month checkup. Check-in and check-out was simple and they take wireless pay (Samsung, Apple, etc). The only hang up is where their animal scale is located. It's stuffed in a corner and the three dogs, including mine, I witnessed struggled getting on the scale. The angle is weird and hard to get skittish dogs on it. We've gone here for years and plan to return."

"1. took my chihuahua here for get his vaccinations, he ended up having a terrible reaction that he almost died of. ER vet saved him. 2. took my cat here to get fixed, her incision started to look very rough a couple days after, we ended up taking her to the emergency vet where they redid her stitches, ER vet saved her. 3. took my dog here to get fixed, took her back for a checkup they said it’s healed and she’s good to go, 4 months after the initial visit her incision ripped open in the middle of the night after she went outside for a quick pee, she passed away that night. overall, never have i had a good experience here, our new vet out in HV is 1000x better. go literally ANYWHERE else."

"They are fully staffed. I arrived at the office there was a line which spoke for its self. The care and compassion that was given to my dog who is part of my family and loved was unconditional. "Absolutely love this place and all the people here. Dr Placke has been our vet for over 10 years and even though we don’t live locally anymore, we bring our furbabies here to get their checkups, vaccinations and medications. They are always kind, always able to get us in for an appointment and have always been very caring towards our beloved furbabies. About 1.5 years ago when we were in town visiting family, our 9 yr old Labrador Percy was attacked and mauled by a vicious Pitt Bull and needed to have surgery and round the clock care for 2 weeks following. This was the only place we’d even consider taking him and trusting with his care. They did an amazing job of taking care of him during that time while he began to heal and recover. He never was quite the same after the attack and we weren’t quite sure how much longer we’d have him with us. As a result of the attack he suffered severe trauma and developed severe anxiety. Almost exactly a year later, our beloved Percy passed away. We took him here and they cremated him for us. They also took prints of his nose and paws at our request. They were very caring and sympathetic for our loss. When it was time for our male Miniature Schnauzer to be neutered, we brought him here when we were in town during December for the holidays. And we brought our female Border Pointer here to get spayed when we were in town visiting family this Spring. We trust them completely with any and all vet care. We would highly recommend this place for all your animal needs."
