"After going thru therapy to include trauma therapy as well as EMDR therapy because of what I experienced at the hands of Julia and with a ton of encouragement from my therapist I finally have the courage to speak out and use my voice to warn others. Julia is one of the worst therapist I believe exist. After realizing that we were not a good fit I tried to remove myself from anything to do with her per the advice of my personal therapist ( Julia was my co- parenting therapist) and Julia would not allow it, constantly forcing my hand. She was emotionally responsive, abrasive, condescending, lacked professionalism, compassion and even empathy and used her power to make me fear her. Her reports to the court regarding my custody case were not valued or even considered by the court as it was clear her motive. (She tried to have my son taken away when I refused to see her.) These are public record and can be reviewed to verify validity of my story. After this attempt didn't work she continued to try and see my son which I firmly said no. After sending my personal therapist an emotional text messages about me ( crossing yet another boundary that showed my therapist how far she was willing to go) my actual therapist stepped in and made sure neither him nor I had to see her again. Once she was removed my ex, his fiancé, my husband and I were able to mend our relationship without her interference. I have no doubt the response to this will be emotional, lack merit and professionalism. The one good thing that came from my experience with her is I went to law school to be able to protect others and also learn what my legal rights are as she denied me access to any of my personal records. I have legally started the process of obtaining them. There are some people that should not be a therapist and she is one of them. I believe the lowest rating it is allowing me to give is 3 stars however this is a 0 star rating."

Julia is very passionate about her work, she really gave our family hope! Therapy takes time and you have to have patience, but it is so worth it in the end."
