Attachment and Trauma Therapy

"As a parent, it's challenging to find the right support for a child who struggles with trust, which is why our experience with Fox Child and Family Therapy (also know as Attachment and Trauma Therapy), specifically with therapist Kaitlyn Holman, has been so disappointing. Our child, began therapy in November 2023, with the clear understanding that we required consistent care until our family's relocation in June 2024. Unfortunately, Ms. Holman failed to disclose her unavailability for a significant part of this period, due to personal reasons, until much later. This lack of transparency led to a sudden disruption in Isla's therapy at a time when she needed stability the most. Furthermore, our attempts to address these concerns with the practice's management have been met with a lack of response and follow-through. We specifically requested the contact information for the owner and clinical supervisor, as well as a direct apology from Ms. Holman to Isla, but our requests have been disregarded. This experience not only undermined our trust in this particular therapist but also in the administrative responsiveness of the practice. It's disheartening to see such a gap in communication and care in a field that is supposed to be built on trust and support. For parents seeking therapy services for their children, especially in cases that require a sensitive and consistent approach, I would advise caution and thorough consideration before choosing Fox Child and Family Therapy (also know as Attachment and Trauma Therapy)."

It’s decorated in such a fun and friendly way, with lots of things for kids to do or explore. There are so many arts and crafts, props, games etc to use during sessions also.
