"Was my 1st appt & I liked the doctor a lot. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was the amount of time I had to wait after checking in before I saw the Dr. But with Ob/Gyns that is a risk because they can be called away for deliveries or if pregnant pt comes in with problems."

"Mary at the Front desk was very rude. Literally asked why are you here .. when I clearly had a scheduled follow up appointment. Shouldn’t you know if you work there? First appointment gave me the wrong paper work & didn’t know I was a new patient. I came back for the second appointment to give them the benefit of the doubt but the second appointment it was the same thing. She was going to give me the wrong paper work again and still didn’t know why I was here and asked why I was there rudely... I’m here bc I have a schedule appointment why else would I show up? Very rude & unfriendly & unorganized & terrible customer service. You should know at least what patients are scheduled and if they're a new or not.... there’s multiple obgyn officers.. go to one that at least knows what patients are coming in and if they’re new or not."
