"Truly don’t have words to describe for the service you will receive here. Most of the nursing staff is great, but most of the front office folks and one of the doctors will be rude. It’s sad because as a patient you’re pregnant and dealing with a lot already. To constantly deal with people who act as if they would rather be anywhere else in the world but talking to you, when at the end of the day you will receive a $700 bill. What I don’t understand is why go into this profession (even the front staff) if you’re going to be a miserable person and make everyone else around you miserable? I get it’s a job, but if you hate it, quit and go be miserable somewhere else. Ladies, take it from me. If you can request Dr. Muesnch as your doctor, or ask for a second opinion somewhere else that actually treats people with respect. I’ve posted before about my experience with Dr. Parrot, never heard from anyone. Connie if you’re reading this my line is always open to call and ask for feedback."

"I had an extra ultrasound with them and then waited 20 minutes to “talk” to a doctor through tellahealth. Literally had a 5 minute convo with the dude and was then billed $890…. Plus the $315 for the ultra sound. I would have NEVER agreed to this if I knew this was going to be a $900 five minute convo that said “i don’t see anything that concerns me”"

"Just had my first appointment last week Tuesday afternoon and my ultrasound tech was so friendly, so professional and so informative. During my ultrasound, she educated me on everything I was looking at and made me feel comfortable. She was also training someone and she was also very nice as well. The check in staff were also very friendly. My doctor made me feel at ease and was open to any questions my husband and I had. Being high risk is scary enough and we already have enough on our plate and we’re stressed, but every person who worked under this roof was by far the most friendly people I have encountered in the medical field. I look forward to my 20 week scan with you guys. They are about a 35 minute drive away for me it is worth every minute to go to them. Thank you for all that you do!"

"I went there because my original Ongyn found extra chromosomes that wouldn't be compatible with life and so when I came here I was really scared but they checked the baby very well and told me they were so confused because my baby is extremely healthy that they didn't see a need to do a procedure where they poke a long thin needle through my uterus to get fluid. They were so great!"
