"I am a transgender woman who had my vaginaplasty surgery with Dr Gray in May 2021. Dr Gray and her entire staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, insightful, talented, and skilled. I felt supported and cared for during the entire process pre-op and post-op. I have to give special acknowledgement to one of Dr Gray's nurses, Peggy. Peggy was especially informative and supportive during my post-op recovery. She went above and beyond for me at every appointment, and I cannot thank her enough. She truly made my experience the best it could possibly be. As with any surgery, there are risks and potential complications. I did experience two small complications during my recovery. The first was a bacterial infection 8 weeks after surgery, which Peggy and Dr Gray immediately treated and resolved with the utmost care and attention. The second complication was the development of a small internal seroma, which Dr Gray and Peggy have monitored during my recovery, and now that I am fully healed, we are making plans for Dr Gray to perform a simple surgery to remove the seroma as it occasionally swells and causes me pain. Dr Gray and her entire staff truly care about the health, wellbeing, and comfort of their patients, and they always go the extra mile to provide the highest quality care. I have never had another doctor and care team who have made me feel as supported and cared for as Dr Gray and her team. I would 100% choose Dr Gray again for any treatment, care, or service that her clinic provides."
