"DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!!! I took a white sweatshirt into this cleaners without any stains or anything. I had only worn it once and wanted it dry cleaned to keep the “fresh” look. When I picked up the item the lady at the front desk noticed there was a stain on the collar that was not there when I brought it in. She said she would send it back to be cleaned again. She did and the stain was still there when I picked it up a second time. Well the owner advised her that he was not taking responsibility for the stain even though she told him that she didn’t see the stain there when I dropped it off. So both myself and the worker agreed there was nothing on the sweatshirt. However, the owner is refusing to correct the mishap, refund the amount paid to clean it, nor offer to compensate me for the shirt. This is what happens when you try to support community businesses. If your employee tells you there was no stain and you still don’t accept responsibility tells a lot for your character. I appreciate the front desk lady attempting to correct it but sad to know she has to work for such a person with horrible business character, morals , and values. I will never patronize this business and will tell others not to as well. *****the lady at the desk gets 5 stars but the business gets 0 stars."
"I don't know why this establishment have a 4.7 stars. First of all there is no AC in the building so they have a door propped open. It's really hot in there. Secondly, I used this cleaners twice. The first time, I got my cloths and they still had stains on them. However, they asked me to bring them back and they fixed them. So I gave them a second chance and went to pick my cloths up and they to had stains on my pants. Now I'm starting to think if they are really cleaning my cloths. They again had to do my pants over and gave no discounts nor coupons. Time to find a new cleaners."
