"Horrible Experience with new ownership! I took my Ralph Lauren Jacket to be repaired and they lost my jacket. Months later they claim to have never received the jacket. My mistake for not getting a receipt. I thought I could trust them considering I had been doing business with them for 20 years or more (previous owner). I learned my lesson and it won't be with them ever again!"

"You can trust Orpheum! Michelle works tirelessly to make everything perfect! We have used her for alterations for our dance costumes for years, and every experience has been awesome. Snaps, sequins, elastic, taking-in, shortening waists, and more! One year, I called ON Christmas Eve about a possible hem on a pantsuit I bought to wear that evening, and she made it happen! "I dropped a sport coat off knowing I needed it for a Friday event. It had a few minor stains which they noted and said it would be done at 2:00 Friday which they also noted. I asked for a copy of the ticket which was met with “we don’t do that”. I found that odd but ok. I went at 3:30 Friday and the woman working initially could not find it. Her: Are you sure you didn’t drop it off somewhere else Me: Positive it was here After a while she went through the stack of tickets and found the one for this jacket. Her: We’ll at least now I know it’s real but I still do not know where it is. She finally finds it, but not pressed. Me: OK I’ll wait while someone presses it Her: Our presser is gone for the day She still made me pay the $15.00 even though they had not done the job. I get it home and guess what; the stains are still there Net - not done when promised - customer service was crazy bad - not pressed - stains not removed If there was a way to rate this place zero stars I’d do it. I’m not sure how the remain in business; don’t go here!"

"Michelle has helped me turned vintage items into garments I can wear today through expert cleaning and tailoring. She saved my fiancée's coat after it got drenched in maple syrup (this was caused from an accident while traveling). I highly recommend her."
