"Dr. Swan was amazing! 1st off she squeezed me in after calling with an emergency. She got me in the very next day. Then they changed the date of my surgery when asking to. She moved it up 2 months to help me! She listened to me and made suggestions based off what I said. I had a few post op problems and they got me in 3 different times that week to figure out what was going on. I really enjoyed all the staff I met with and couldn't recommend a better Doctor!"
"An hour past my appointment time I was still sitting in the exam room not having heard from anyone in over 40 minutes. When I left and talked to the nurse, nobody mentioned anything about how much longer she would take. Someone called me almost 15 minutes after I left the office to tell me she was then available. Terrible service, nonexistent care, and not worth the headache."

"I have written this review and deleted it a 100 times. It's hard/emotional for me to say why I think she might be the best doctor. She really is the best though. If you want a doctor to take the time to listen to you and actually hear what you're saying Dr. Swan is the lady you need! I am not an easy patient, I am emotional, and I ask a lot of questions. I think it would be easy to get frustrated with a patient like me. However Dr. Swan has always been kind and considerate. I had the same procedure done with another doctor and then again with Dr. Swan. The outcome was night and day. I had zero pain when Dr. Swan did the procedure and the recovery was so much better. I came to her with another issue I had post child birth. She told me she could do the surgery but she wasn't the right doctor for the job. THAT right there should tell you everything. She referred me to the best doctor for the job. I think that is just so cool."
"Dr. Swan is extremely personable. She takes the time to walk through options, questions, and concerns. I was extremely impressed with her bedside manner and her ability as a surgeon. She performed my total hysterectomy, and I felt like I was in wonderful hands from first appointment through surgery. She's really a gem."
