"Tracee is very nice, and I highly respect her honesty in what the condition of the unit was like before we rented it, and she is great about getting things fixed that need fixing. However, My only complaint is that while there is a strict rule in the contract about no loud noises such as music or yelling or things like that, which I was glad to see, upon moving into the unit we had the neighbors playing LOUD music with a STRONG BASE between 11:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. in the morning to the point that police had to be called and other neighbors were knocking on their door and it was going strong for several nights, which was crazy, that it took longer for Tracee to contract the neighbors than it should have and when the neighbors retaliated Tracee really didn't handle that at all, which was a problem. Things finally settled down, but it took a while, and we were really concerned that we were locked into a year lease with this kind of neighbor next door. It was awful."
