"I had a little problem with a letter I mailed through the UPS Store Branson. I know it was an honest mistake made by a clerk but it could have been very costly for me. I asked the owner Mike P. for assistance, and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He not only wrote a letter explaining what happened, he mailed it certified to the addressee explaining in detail what happened, and he refunded charges for the service to my credit card. You can't ask for more than that from a business owner. Wish every business would strive to do the right thing. Thanks Mike."
