"Amazing and fast service from Chris. He was here within an hour of me calling. My issues was running water in my crawlspace when I turn on the outside facet. With his knowledge he knew what the issue was before we even got down in the crawlspace. Once he verified the issue he gave me a reasonable quote, picked up the parts and got to work. When he finished he showed me pictures of the whole process, and the culprit of my problem. The copper pipe burst most likely during the winter. He replaced it and tested it a few times before leaving. All in all, if I ever have a plumbing issue again and call Roto-Rooter, I hope Chris is my plumber!"
