"They did not starch my shirts after I specifically asked for starched collars and 2 shirts were missing a button. When asked for them to replaced the buttons they lost during cleaning I was told they don't do that. No credit for the lost buttons either. Will not be going back."

"I took a quilt for a dry cleaning and onej jacket for my granddaughter. Took a week to get back the quilt over priced for both items to be cleaned. Very disappointing. Cost more to clean the jack and then what it cost to buy the jacket. My comforter smelled terrible when I picked it up.I feel like I paid double the price for poor service and workmanship"

"Brought in my shirts to be laundered and starched. I specifically asked the big guy working the counter to make sure the shirts had light statch. He said ok. Picked up the shirts and was charge twice the price! I paid and went on with my errands. 30 mins later, when I was able to check my ticket on the shirts they were dry cleaned not launderd and starched as I asked. I callled but was only given a store credit instead of a refund for the diffrence of what the cost should have been. The man I spoke with on the phone even admitted the guy who took my shirts should have known they were to be laundered because I told him light starch but made the excuse that it wasnt in the computer. What happened to good ole customer service and listening to what the customer says? What a waist. Ill never use the store credit because since they didnt make right by THEIR mistake, I will never use their service again."
