"Scheduled an appointment with Paschal for plumbing, they gave me a day with a time frame from noon - 7. On the day of the appointment at 10 am the technician says he's on he's way. My response was, no one will be there until 11:30. He's response was I'll swing back by around noon. Then at 11:11 he says he's finishing up a call he's on. So I wait until 7 and no one shows up. I understand people get busy so I wait 2 days to see if they call to reschedule or respond but again nothing. So I went with another company."

"I wanted so much to use Paschal and write them yet another great review. I needed a toilet reset and set up an appointment with Paschal. The appointment was confirmed, and then at the time window, nobody showed? I thought they might just be running a little late, but after 2 hours, I called them. They explained that they were unable to make the appointment on that day. I realize everyone can get busy on previous appointments, or have other issues that might prevent them from making the appointment. I'm struggling with the lack of communication. If they had called and said they couldn't make it, for whatever reason, I would have rescheduled. Instead I called another plumbing service, and they came at the appointed time, and the work was done flawlessly. Sad - I had high hopes for Paschal after reading their reviews. Perhaps I'll try again someday."
