"So now that I have waited for the anger to leave my body, I want to tell my side of what happened just a few months ago. I had two medium small dogs and my vet told me about Pet Shuttle and Spa. I was thrilled because they would come and pick up my girls and bring them home later in the day. We had done business together for several years with no issues. It was all fantastic until one of my girls had to be put down due to health reasons. I had called/texted to schedule my Shih Tzu for a grooming as the terrific service throughout the years had been great. Then when I got ahold of L., she sounded angry and told me point blank that she wasn't going to do my dog anymore!!!!! in shock, I couldn't think of what to say as L. was short and rude with me, totally unexpected. A couple of days later I contacted L. again, she was a bit nicer in this conversation and said she loved my girl and that she still wanted to groom her. L. told me that she would not pick her up anymore but I could bring her to the shop for grooming. When I got ahold of L. again when it was time for a grooming, she was very pissy with me again and complained she couldn't find any good help, she had trained people and they would always quit and find work elsewhere.(I have to wonder why now) I listened to her belly ache for several minutes on how busy she was, etc. etc. etc. I really had thought prior to this conversation that we were good acquaintances, but I was sadly mistaken. She made it clear she would not groom my girl anymore period!!! I would normally have given her the 5 stars, but after the last couple of our conversations, I would give her a 5 for grooming, but a negative 10 for how she treated me after many many years of service. Still disappointed and would never recommend her and her business to anyone no matter how desperate they are."
