"I had to get to an MRI and needed an old ring removed immediately. Never having been a customer, Jim still helped to immediately remove the ring so I could make my appointment. He was also very informative on the healing for my finger (caused by the tight ring) and provided insight for possible ring repairs whether I decide to come to him or someone else.
