"I don't recommend trying to sell your clothes here. Name brand stuff they turned down with being barely worn. The stuff hanging on the racks are dingy and sell used underwear. The manager is very rude"
"I took some really nice jeans there, like from The Buckle and American Eagle. They took a few pairs and only offered me $20. They low ball you, and price the stuff higher."
"This place is a joke. I took box of very nice tops. Some still had the tag on them. They claimed that they had holes in it and that they were very outdated. And they wouldn’t take anything. These were namebrand clothes. All they did was pull a couple out of all this one has holes in it blah blah blah, which is not true. They were too busy talking to each other to even look at the clothes. And there was absolutely no holes in any of these. They are just a year old at the most. I lost a lot of weight so I couldn’t wear them. I won’t even shop there anymore, they’re rude they don’t care. But they charge an outrageous price for stuff they put on the floor."

I brought in two trash bags full of fall/winter shirts and jeans, perfect condition and some with tags still on them but they only took 2 things because everything else “was over a year old.” But yet, when I look through the clothes racks, I see cheap Walmart and Target brand clothing that look really worn??? Don’t waste your time here."
"This has to be the worst platos I have ever been to. They told me it would be 15-20 mins wait for them to go through my things. 45mins later, they finally went through my stuff but then I sat and watched them and they didn't even look at everything I had in my box. They were too busy behind the counter on their phones scrolling away. Then I looked through the store after they took 2 of my items and couldn't believe the items they take and resell. This stuff was from 2010 but they don't take my nice 2022 items smh. Don't even waste your time. I got a whole $3.56"
