"Hired them to install gutter guards. Said they would be out in about 3-4 weeks. Never got a call to schedule. The day I called to ask about it, the intallers showed up. Afterwards they were talking about the type of guards being good although not the best. They installed the wrong gutter guards. I ordered the top of the line and got the bottom of the line. When the sales rep came out he said yeah that's the cheapest ones. He said he would have the invoice fixed and would give me a discount because they messed up. I finally called back because I never got an updated invoice. They finally sent a new invoice. No discount on it. On all three invoices the last name was wrong even though I told them and spelled it for them. Really poor customer service and quality of work. Seems more like guys working out of their trunk than a real business. I called them because they used to have a solid reputation. Won't be calling again."

"The salesmen Sam was very polite and easy to reach. We hired Bolivar insulation to spay closed cell foam on our new construction. Their spraying team was very unprofessional and was smoking cigarettes inside the home. We reached out to Sam and he said it would be taken care of. The next issue was that over 100 spots on exterior wall had less than 1 1/2 in of foam. We payed for 2in on the wall and 3in on the roof deck. They came back out and “fixed” the low spots with canned foam. The issue with canned foam is that it is an open cell foam that does not act as a vapor barrier. I have currently been waiting about 3 months to get a spot about the size of a golf ball foamed on the roof deck that was missed entirely during foaming."

"It took several months from the time I called until the guys came to install a small gutter job. I actually had given up and decided they didn't want the job after all (even though they had been out and given a quote fairly quickly). Then suddenly one day they called and informed me they were coming out the following day! I was out of the state, but they came anyway and did a marvelous job! Definitely would have been 5 stars if I had not had to wait 3-4 months."
