"FULL 5 stars! I bought a mountain bike from another dealer (mistake) who didn’t properly assemble or tune it correctly. I brought the bike to Kendall at Bison bikes. Kendall corrected the issues and tuned it up properly. The bike feels better than new now. Kendall also helped me fit the bike better by suggesting and installing new handlebars. And even though I didn’t purchase the bike from Kendall, he spent time fitting me to the bike, and showing me how to adjust the shocks, etc. Bison bikes delivers a top notch personalized service that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommended!"

"Bison bikes and Kendall may be one of the newer shops in the Bentonville/Bella Vista area but they are not new to the industry. Kendall was able to get me on a bike I’ve wanted for years, Pivot Firebird! The buying experience they offer is what made this possible! When I find a shop that treats the customer with the honesty, integrity and respect they deserve they will have earned a customer for life! This is Kendall and Bison bikes! "My wife bought me a bike from here for an anniversary present. It was an upgrade from my Marin. She got me an Intense. I took my old Marin in for a tune up and flat repair som my son could use. When I picked it up I thought it was a brand new bike. The owner of this shop is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His service is great and I will be back for future help."
