"Been paying Hartford for years, had a claim in 2022 had to jump thru all the hoops, they never paid my claim.It finally drug on for so long I gave up. My husband had an accident 2023 Oct I’ve filled out numerous claim forms, had to pay his doctor $15.00 to fill out separate claim form it was mailed and faxed in received confirmation number. Still no money paid to us. Now they’re wanting papers filled out by ambulance company ect. On phone with numerous people no one can answer you questions or help you, they just keep connecting you to other “wrong” people. Just called to cancel my policy they can’t even do that. 3 people today looked up my policy number with my Social Security number, but now that I want my policy cancelled an my money refunded they can’t do that without my policy number, and they can’t find it with my SS# ? They have straight up Scammed me, and they will not get another red cent from me."

"They are really taking advantage of me. Just 5 years ago, when my mother owned this house, the house insurance was under $600. Now, every year, they jack it way up, and now it’s over $1,200. No changes have been made to the home, nor have I ever made a single claim. I really feel they are cheating me, and up until now, I let them feel like they can just get away with it."
