"Dirty, had to pick stuff out of washer. then a 4.50 washer went around once and was done. No where in the store does it state to go next door. It says to call a number leave a message. Another customer told us to go next door.. The lady was very rude and state I should have come and got her, instead of switching machines. Yes I love paying.4.50 a load. After telling me it was hard to believe me, she gave back our money. Will use another laundry in town form now on."

"I took three suits and two dresses to this cleaner to be dry cleaned and we received them back more wrinkled then they were when I dropped them off. They also had hair stuck all over them. It literally looked like the clothes had been thrown on a dirty floor and then put them back on hangers and bagged them. We dropped off another suit when we picked up the three suits and two dresses, (not knowing what bad shape they were in or we definitely wouldn’t have used them again), and when I went back to pick up the fourth suit today, I told the lady working that I wanted to look at the suit before I paid for it and it was still wrinkled with hair on it too. Gross!!! I told her what the other suits and two dresses looked like when I received them back and she just said OK, you still have to pay for this suit because we did it and she didn’t offer me a refund or an apology, nothing. I asked to speak with management or an owner and was told I can try to call tomorrow. Wow! Terrible customer service, and terrible cleaning service. $70 gone and we have to take everything to a different cleaner now. I strongly suggest using a different cleaner so this doesn’t happen to you!"

"the staff here is very disrespectful i havent gotten my refund yet and its been well over a month i came in today and the girl that works here said she would leave a message for owner moral to the story they dont give refunds back the washer machines are disgusting dirty the bathroom is dirty some of the big dryers dont heat up hot i would stay away from this place rude staff and they wont give money back from this faulty machines"

"Machines are disgusting. Reek of mildew. Hair in all of them. Looks like they’ve never been cleaned. Bathroom is disgusting as well. The one in the sketch part of town looks and smell better. That’s crazy."

"Best laundromat in Sedalia. It's clean and tidy. The prices are on par or better than other area laundromats. There's a great selection and availability of machines and sizes. They seem to be in good repair and work well. There's plenty of room to maneuver and sort/fold. It's well lit and there are cameras, so it feels safe. Everyone I've encountered there has been very nice. The only downside is that the bathroom never has toilet paper or paper towels; if you throw a roll in your laundry bag to take with you, though, it's no big deal. It's nice to be able to wash your hands in the basin if you get detergent on your hands."
