"Great place to wash large items like comforters, sheets and blankets. That's all we really ever wash here. They have humongous dryers that dry things in a jiffy."

"So there's bad reviews and there's good reviews about this place. It's a laundry facility. It's not super clean. It's not super dirty. But I'm from Holt so maybe my dirty is too dirty for some. Are the machines and dryers clean. Yes. Is the floor clean. Well no. But I'm not here for the floor I'm here for the laundry machines. I cleaned and dried my clothes in clean washers and dryers. Didn't cost me a ton of money or time to do it all. The only complaint I have is that there is no restroom. THERE IS NO RESTROOM!!!!!"

"This place don't even deserve a 1 star. Absolutely filthy!!! The owners should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed. We stopped here to do laundry as we have been at the lake for 2 weeks and will be there longer. Definitely not coming back here and will definitely share my experiences with fellow campers. Spent 30 dollars washing and drying and clothes never smelled clean.Black Mold growing in out in plain sight. I find it unbelievable that they ask others not to make a mess. Lol How can you own a business and let it look like this. Absolutely disgusting, please don't waste your time or money going here."

"Confused about some of the bad reviews on here. I just looked at all the machines and found 2 of 22 washers out of service and 2 of 23 dryers out of service. There's a decent bathroom, could use some soap and a new toilet seat. There's multiple TV's, a scantily stocked vending machine, and multiple change machines. Compared to wash and go up the road, this place is like the Ritz Carlton and the other is like your creepy uncle's basement."

"Disgusting and dirty. I read the previous reviews and decided to use this laundromat while staying at Smithville Lake. Wish I hadn't. It is filthy and the machines haven't been wiped out in a long time. The trash is overflowing and the floor hasn't been swept or mopped in, who knows! I cleaned a machine and washed only what I needed. No attendant! Will be finding another place to finish later in the week. Really should be no stars."
