THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FEDERAL STANDARDS IN PLACE FOR FAIR CONSUMER LENDING. A SALESMAN ON A DEAL SHOULD HAVE ABSOLUTLY NOTHING WITH A CUSTOMER WHO WALKS THROUGH THEIR DOOR."

"I've never experienced such dis organized & unfriendly Banker staff in my life. To think my Family has been doing business with this bank for over 5 years. I trusted them with my finances and they made a mistake to increase my Loan payment without my knowledge due to a system error by their national department. And then after their staff acknowledged that a mistake was made I was transferred to a Jason Tolliver, who I thought was going to just fix it right away. instead of assisting me I was questioned over who I had spoken with over the past week while trying to contact him. I explained I had left him several messages as did his team members. He then said I better learn to keep track over who I talked with if I wanted this fixed. At that point I Knew he wasn't willing to fix the mistake. And went on to ask me more questions, for example: have I spoken with him in the past. And when and what day. This was ridiculous to me. I'd already answered the questions twice. I told him I couldn't remember the woman's name but I'd left him several messages on his voicemail. He then said he called me back which he didn't but that too was not a concern to me at that point. Plus, He'd literally just changed my rate this week. I don't understand why he was asking if I talked with him last year? He stated that if I'd been more organized we wouldn't be in this situation. This is not the behavior I wouldn't have expected. His tone was provoking and rude. I've had this loan for almost too years. The timeline of when I called in had nothing to do with him fixing my issue now. Especially being that he just changed my rate this week by mistake. We were completely off topic. This really upset me. Jason clearly got a rise out of provoking me. Because whenever I tried to revert the conversation back on how I just wanted to resolve the issue and focus on the Reason why I called he continued to belittle and tell me that I had no organizational skills to forget who I had talked to. The whole conversation was deviant and wierd. I asked him several times if he just didnt know how to help me since I didn't understand why he was being so confrontational. Placing blame was the last thing on my mind. It was clear who was at fault I just needed to know where to send the documents to prove that. He began to say, if you are so frustrated with me call back when ur feeling better. While laughing as i continuously ask him to keep things professional and provide me with the information to fix my issue. I was told by the manager Steve this was something that could be easily corrected. I did escalate the call to Steve because I felt disrespected and Jason refused to help me and maintain a professional attitude. Im happy Steve said he would look into it but this situation left a poor taste in my mouth. Ive lost trust in this credit union because of their constant system fallouts and their staff. I'd rather have a bank/credit union. I can trust if I need to call or have questions than another headache. Who likes headaches? Not I. If you are young, a college student, a woman, or a minority consider looking elsewhere. This bank does not appreciate their clients and they have no regard for customer service. They will change your rates illegally, send false statements to the credit bureau, and then blame you for not finding way to contact them after several attempts a reason to make you responsible for their mistake. I know everyone has different experiences. When I first got the loan I felt great about the Credit Union. I was confident in investing my money with them. But as soon as I signed the papers its been hell ever since. Some ppl have had postitive and some have had negative experiences, but please read between the lines and be careful."
