"Went to the office to get a quote for home and auto insurance as we are moving to the area. The person we were dealing with was pleasant but her desk had one client chair and no effort was made to supply anywhere for my wife to sit, I had to ask if she could have a chair and they let her take one from another desk. There are two people working in this front office and the second person spoke so loudly on phone calls we couldn't carry on a conversation with the person helping us. Plus, she was dressed so unprofessionally we were amazed. Raggedy short shorts and flip flops are not good office attire even in a small town agency. Quote we were given was considerable higher than others in the area but even if it hadn't been, not sure we would be well served in this office atmosphere."
