"FYI : leadership | extremely unprofessional. Care for customer | none Care for employee | none customer information seems to be laying around branches unsecure , that does include . birthdates, ss#', customer work information, customers home information, partial debit card information, etc. ( all texas branches, not just this one) Very careless and unsafe practices when in regard to the customers information being protected. Severe Predatory lending practices. 10/10 would not recommend doing business with this company as a whole. I encourage you to read other reviews , Glassdoor, Indeed, Etc. IT'S ALL TRUE! GO ELSEWHERE! Pw : they will also terminate their employees before paying them everything that’s owed to them . Mileage = Gas . Employees submit mileage reports over and over and are never compensated for the time and gas wasted for the company but they terminate using the false allegations of “insubordination” were your employees insubordinate when you had them driving around the state for free?"
